    About the Role:
    Every day is different as this role is usually fast-paced and quite exciting. Along with meeting targets and keeping the sales and marketing team motivated, one is responsible for :
    Managing all sales & marketing efforts, strategically launching new services into domestic and international markets and ensuring customer service standards are high and continually improving.
    Developing sales and marketing strategy, tactics, sales plans and profit targets for ONLINE TRAINING BUSINESS
    Identifying and reporting on online training business opportunities in target markets
    Representing the business at conferences, trade fairs and networking events
    Maximizing new business development opportunities and Overseeing the sales team
    Monitor competitors products, including relevant sales and marketing data
    Complete market research and analyse results to adjust sales and
    Alongside, Long-term strategic planning for the company is also a key focus of this role.
    Requirements:
    Smart, result-orientated, energetic, positive attitude with the exceptional communication and negotiating skills
    Ability to create new business strategies and scale up the online training business independently
    Ability to hire the sales and marketing executives and build the team
    Ability to motivate and lead the team with exceptional leadership skills
    Exposure to the Online Training business and digital marketing is Mandatory
    Exposure to International online Business is Mandatory

    Qualification:
    MBA from Premier B School
    UG: BE /B.Tech in Electronic Engineering is an added advantage
    10-15 years experience in VLSI / Semiconductor/ Software Services /Training Industry
