    Responsibilities:

    • Develop and execute aggressive sales strategies
    • Manage the full sales cycle for a portfolio of existing and prospective customers, from the business opportunities and new leads to the closing of sales.
    • Analyze the clients needs and determine the technologies and services to be offered.
    • Mine existing relationships as well as comprehensive sales and product plans to further grow SrinSoft's key relationships
    • Should be responsible for Business Development & Strategic Marketing activities for IT & Engineering Services .Client Relationship Management, Marketing & Solution selling.
    • Anchoring deliverables including presentations, RFI / RFP /RFQ responses during the sales cycle in consultation with Sales, Practice, Delivery, Finance, Pricing, Legal and Contracting Excellence.
    • Provide comprehensive analysis on target markets, competitive products, and customers to support business planning and strategy formulation. Continuous scanning and reporting of complex market trends, competitive intelligence, and sales data is an integral part of the role.
    • Preparing Sales Presentations/Technical presentation and delivering first level presentation to get the customer leads.
    • Actively Working on Market Intelligence parameters like Go-To Market Planning, market trends, gaps & Competitor Information and provide this information to the Sales & Leadership team.
    • Handling Marketing activities like Events, Tech Days & Webinars & Client Visits.

    Desired Skills & Competencies:
    • 10+ years of sales and consulting experience
    • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentations skills; fluent written and spoken English is mandatory
    • MBA degree from a reputed Business School
    • Well versed in latest Digital Technologies revolving around a combination of custom Digital Solutions, Middleware Integration, BPM, Cloud Solutions and Custom Application Development.
    • Candidates with B1 Visa preferred. Should be willing to travel extensively.
    • Ability to handle a dynamic Sales team.
