    Job Position: Senior Executive Client Services

    Shift timings: 6.15 pm to 3.30 am IST

    Location: Vashi, Navi Mumbai.

    Overall experience: 2 years and above.

    Relevant sales experience: 1 year and above.

    Candidates matching above requirements with online selling + BPO experience & staying in Navi Mumbai or Mumbai harbor or central line (uptil Kalyan) will be preferred.

    Required skills: Fluent spoken and written English to converse with clients based in United States.

    Job Description

    Per dynamic sales growth for our services, there is an opening for a suitably qualified Client Service Senior Executive. Our Client Service Senior Executives are responsible for driving revenue through prospecting, marketing and selling our suite of SaaS (software-as-a-service), channel management solutions to online retailers, both large and small.

    This role will see you focus on closing new business with online retailers and oversee the day to day execution of campaigns via telephone and email interfacing with clients.

    You will lead and manage all phases of the account lifecycle including project scope, client requirements, design, implementation, testing, deployment and post deployment operation. It will be expected to coordinate teams, manage multiple clients and effectively communicate across the organization. You will also act as an expert within our marketing services practice, setting services levels, contributing to product features, etc. You would lead the online marketing promotional activities via website, case studies, webinars, blog and social media platforms.

    You will work closely with the Operations Manager and CEO to ensure customer acquisition and revenue targets are met and exceeded on a monthly basis.


    Responsibilities

    >Communicate with CEOs of our clients companies. Prospect and build pipeline, lead regular customer calls to gather general requirements, analyze sales data and set strategies accordingly that coincide with customer goals
    >Develop training documentation and conduct training for teams while streamlining teams reporting processes
    >Increase revenues by developing, communicating and driving effective selling strategies based on valid, customer-specific value propositions
    >Maintain an accurate pipeline of all opportunities, contacts and account history and provide appropriate communication of such to ChannelSale management
    >Lead day to day executions, client deliverables and manage concurrent complex implementations, software set-up, and deployment while closely interfacing with client via telephonic meetings and emails.
    >Work with Product Management team to develop product features and enhancements
    >Serve as product expert for ChannelSale product offering and also maintain industry expert level of knowledge by leveraging active content via webinars, blog and social media platforms
    >In conjunction with senior sales leadership, develop and implement key performance indicators and measures of success for trainee executives as well as the team as a whole
    >Meet and exceed individual monthly quotas for sales revenue

    Desired Skills, Experience and Requirements

    >Excellent track record of managing relationships with clients, specifically managing and setting expectations and successful execution on client related deliverables
    >The ability to lead cross-functional teams to achieve project success
    >2-3 years experience providing support, selling software or other solutions-based technology offerings, preferably SaaS
    >Proven success in penetrating and developing accounts in the interest of identifying key decision makers
    >Experience selling in a remote capacity, utilizing technology to demonstrate software and further articulate the value proposition to retailers and manufacturing companies ideal
    >Online media / marketing / channel experience a plus (knowledge of SEM, PPC, SEO techniques)
    >Experience with MS Excel and PowerPoint
    >Fluency in United States English
