Title: Senior Associate - Service Management (IC1) /
Lead Associate - Service Management (IC2)
(Only French SME)

-Serve as the single point of ownership for technology solutions and coordinate resources globally to optimize customer and Sungard AS value
-Improve client service experience, create engaged customer and facilitate organic growth
-Define and understand customer requirements and aligning processes to fulfill the same
-Front end the relationship with the customer
-Take ownership of customer issues and follow problems through to resolution
-Keep accurate records and document customer service actions and discussions
-Analyze statistics and compile accurate reports for internal & external stakeholders
-Develop content and effectively lead monthly and quarterly business reviews along with adhoc strategic customer meetings as required
-Support periodic testing to document recoverability and learnings
-Provide support to quality initiatives targeted towards process improvements
-Keep ahead of industrys developments and apply best practices to areas of improvement

Desired Profile:

-Min 2+ years experience of demonstrated customer facing role in IT service-oriented industry
-Technology awareness (network architecture and Data center operations)
-Excellent Verbal and Written Communication skills
- Fluency in French language is mandatory
-Good Working knowledge of Office Suite
-Awareness of ITIL framework and methodology
-Understanding of Business continuity plan (BCP)
-Exposure to manage senior level customer relationships
-Able to define and develop improvement plans and manage customer experience
-Strong problem-solving and time management skills
-Self-motivated and team worker
-Willing to work in US shift
-Willing to be available 24*7 for all escalations and crisis event management

Salary: INR 4,75,000 - 9,75,000 P.A. salary will be decided based on technical competency
