    Job Description

    Legal Compliance

    Develop and oversee control systems to prevent or deal with violations of legal guidelines and internal policies.

    Evaluate the efficiency of controls and improve them continuously.

    Revise procedures, reports etc. periodically to identify hidden risks or non- conformity issues

    Draft, modify and implement company policies.

    Collaborate with corporate counsels and HR departments to monitor enforcement of standards and regulations.

    Assess the business future ventures to identify possible compliance risks.

    Review the work of colleagues when necessary to identify compliance issues and provide advice or training.

    Keep abreast of regulatory developments within or outside of the company as well as evolving best practices in compliance control.

    Prepare reports for senior management and external regulatory bodies as appropriate.


    Involved in formulation of various systems, policies, procedures, commensurate with the need of the company.

    Involved in Financial projections, Budgeting, Forecasting, Cost & Credit Control, Costing & Profitability Analysis and Management Reporting.

    Responsible for documentation viz. returns filing with various statutory bodies.

    Negotiate & arrange financial assistance in form of Term Loans, Short Term Deposits and timely follow up for necessary sanctions, documentations and disbursements.

    Banking and Working Capital.

    Preparation and appraisal of working capital proposal.

    Fixing up arrangements of working capital.

    Liaising with Senior Officials of Banks, Financial Institutions, Finance Companies etc.

    Accounts & Audit

    Finalization of accounts, divisional & branch accounting.

    Attending statutory auditors, internal auditors.

    Tax audit details preparation.

    Computerized accounting

    Debtors management and credit control.

    Accounting Standards and their implementation Insurance Portfolio.

    Taxation & Transfer Pricing

    Oversee taxation

    Oversee Direct & Indirect taxation aspects.

    MIS, Budgeting & Costing

    Costing product and process

    Budget preparation and Budgetary controlsThese responsibilities are not limitative and can be modified in order to reach the company s goals and objectives as well as personal performance.

    Education/ Experience Requirement:

    Candidate should be CA/ CS having background in with MNC/ Retail/ Real estate industry with Minimum 6 years of experience in area of Legal compliance, Accounts, Finance, Taxation, Audit & Budgeting.

    S/ he should be well versed with ERP system.

    Candidate should have good communication, Presentation and Analytical Skills.

    Personal Job Skills:-

    Should be self- organized, rigorous, details oriented and proactive.

    Should possess strong advisory skills.

    Strong relationship building skills.

    Should be able to work with prompt response time.
