    Role : Sr. Manager - Business Development (Vocational Team)

    Location : Gurgaon

    . The candidate shall develop vocational skill assessment business for Aspiring Minds across India.

    Roles and Responsibilities :

    - Research and lead generation, pipeline management and strong lead follow-up to conversion.

    - Meeting and giving presentation to new and existing government bodies leads and convincing the CEOs/Directors/VPs about the company's products.

    - Managing relationship with existing key accounts.

    - Daily reporting to Manager about progress.

    - Meeting monthly sales and collections targets.

    - Develop creative solutions for existing clients, as well as pursue new opportunities.

    - Act as a single point of contact between client and internal teams.

    - Making power-point presentations, tender documents, etc

    Desired Candidate Profile :

    - Good communication skills and fluency in English

    - 2 to 6 years in Sales or Account Management.
