The manufacturing location at Nanjangud spread on 69 acres is engaged in manufacturing of APIs and caters to the sales worldwide. API portfolio is focused on Lifestyle driven Therapeutic Areas (CVS, CNS) and also targets complex and newly approved molecules. The company is market leader in four APIs and is amongst the top 3 players for another three APIs in its portfolio helping it maintain a high contribution margin. The manufacturing location at Roorkee, Uttarakhand with 5 acres of infrastructure is USFDA, Japan PMDA, UK MHRA, TGA, WHO and Brazil ANVISA audited and approved. This business focusses on B2B model for EU, Canada and emerging markets. It has capabilities to develop multiple dosage forms including Oral solid, injectable and ophthalmic dosage forms. Revenue of the company during the Financial Year 2016-17 was 10,726.09 Million as compared to 9,197.82 Million during the Financial Year 2015-16.
To design and execute various strategies, policies and practices pertaining to performance management, Rewards, Compensation and Manpower Budget.
To ensure 100 % accuracy on the data related to PMS, Rewards, Compensation and Manpower Budget
Key Accountabilities and scope of work :
1) C and B Benchmark and Trends
- To have Compensation and Benefits benchmark and trends which are accurate, detailed and relevant to company needs and ensuring its usage
- To ensure stakeholder buying on annual increments and variable pay distribution which are aligned to company performance and market trends
2) Manpower Planning and Budget
- Assessing annual manpower requirements viz-a-viz business forecast and planning requirement for manpower in a fiscal year.
- To formulate and monitor Manpower budget
- HR Modules : Automation, Enhancement
To work closely with HRIS team ensure automation of HR modules and enhancement in existing modules.
3) Compensation Models :
Designing Compensation models / Pay Mix for Executives with focus on Long term incentive plans
Strengthening the Global Mobility model to ensure employee movement to host locations are smooth and worth appreciating.
Pay for Performance Model :
To maintain competitive salaries and benefits provided to employees and ensure Pay for Performance model is rightly implemented in annual salary increase
5) PMS Process :
To plan and execute Performance Management (Goal Setting and annual appraisals) process.
6) Employment Benefit Schemes
Managing benefits schemes such as Car Lease, Employee benefit insurances, NPS etc.
7) Increment and Variable Pay Letters
To roll out the annual increment and variable pay letters on-time-in-full and right first time
8) Payroll and Compliance :
Overseeing payroll and compliance related matters
Education Qualification(Highest ) : MBA - Full Time from reputed B School ( preferred )
Experience Range : 10-12 years
Desirable experience :
Should be handilng Compensation and Benefits specialist role in present and previous organizations ) Manufacturing industry preferred ) for minimum 6 years
