    We, Jeena and Co, are looking for an excellent Corporate Trainer from Logistics Industry to help employees cultivate their skills and knowledge.
    A corporate trainer is an experienced educator having deep knowledge of the field. Organizational skills and a positive attitude are important qualities that you have to possess.
    The goal is to promote employee efficiency by developing the skills of personnel.

    Role & Responsibilities
    1.Liaise with managers to determine training needs and schedule training
    sessions
    2.Identify the skill and gap of the staff based on their approval and support
    relevant training
    3.Design effective training programs & prepare training modules
    4.Prepare educational material such as training manual, module
    summaries, videos etc. & circulate to all in prior
    5.Select and book venues, keep training attendance, assessment and
    other records
    6.Conduct seminars, workshops, individual training sessions etc
    7.Support and mentor new employees
    8.Manage training budgets
    9.Conduct evaluations to identify areas of improvement
    10. Monitor employee performance and response to training
    11.Conduct computer training & assessment by collecting information

    pertaining to work procedures, work flow, and reports; understanding job-
    specific functions and tasks.
    12.Designs computer training manuals by identifying and describing
    information needs; using desktop publishing; submitting initial versions for
    review; revising and editing final copy.
    13.Maintains safe and healthy training environment by following
    organization standards and legal regulations
    14.Conducts training classes by presenting job-specific, company-specific,
    and generic software applications and personal computer classes.
    15.Evaluates training conducted by evaluating effectiveness of training to
    specific job applications.
    16.Identify training and development needs within an organization through
    job analysis, appraisal schemes and regular consultation with business
    managers.
    17.Design and expand training and development programs based on the
    needs of the organization and the individual
    18.Consider the costs of planned programs and keep within budgets as
    assessing the return on investment of any training or development
    program is becoming increasingly important
    19.Develop effective induction programs
    20.Devise individual learning plan
    21.Manage the delivery of training and development programs and, in a
    more senior role, devise a training strategy for the organization
    22.Monitor and review the progress of trainees through questionnaires and
    discussions with managers
    23.Evaluate training and development programs
    24.Amend and revise programs as necessary, in order to adapt to changes
    occurring in the work environment
    25.Keep up to date with developments in training by reading relevant
    journals, going to meetings
    26.Research new technologies and methodologies in workplace learning
    and present this research.

    Education, Experience, Certification and Training requirements
    Graduate/ MBA preferably from HR
    Job Skills and Competencies for this post:
    1. Proven experience as corporate trainer in Logistics Industry
    2. Market awareness & understanding of effective training methodologies
    and tools
    3. Market awareness on various training institutes in India & abroad
    4. Willingness to keep abreast of new techniques in corporate teaching
    5. Proficient in MS Office (esp. Power point); e-learning software is an
    asset
    6. Phenomenal communication, presentation and public speaking skills
    7. Organizational and time management abilities
    8. Critical thinking and decision making

Salary: INR 7,00,000 - 12,00,000 PA.
