    • Candidate must be from Good EPC / Construction background and international expereince 
    • The position will report to Business Head MES and dotted reporting to the Group HR team
    • Implement the HR/ OD initiatives from the group level. Play a significant role for improving the facility management in housing, office, canteen facilities.
    • To discuss with various stake holders including the Management Members, Department Managers and decide on the HR Process 
    • Combine with the HR team members of other Business in high-level decisions about Group HR policies and procedures.
    • Manpower planning and budgeting as per Business Plans and to design and deploy the Recruitment process so as to get the right person for the right job, at the right time.
    • To design and implement the Induction and on boarding process so as to ring in the new joinee into the mainstream of the company. Ensure congenial working conditions for the new employee to perform.
    • Industrial Relations of a Company
    • Negotiate with Union to agree on amicable consensus/ settlement of mutual issues including
    • Training needs analysis and then design a Training Calendar to ensure that the training are delivered on time and as per expectations from the Training
    • Define and identify the Key High Potential Employees Nationals and Expats
    • Develop a Career Plan for such high potential employees.
    • Develop a Succession Plan for critical positions in the Organisation.
    • Conduct Employee Satisfaction Survey and take actions based on the findings.
    • Lead and streamline the Manpower Hiring process based on Projects acquired
