    Dimension & Scope:

    1. Ensure the availability and integrity of the Corporate Data Network enabling end users to access data resources needed to perform job functions.
    2. Perform data network resources administration and maintenance along with data network equipment installation. Receive, analyze, monitor, and resolve network problems in accordance with published Service Level Agreements.
    3. Consult with project management clients, data network peers, and vendors to address network outages and vulnerabilities.
    4. Apply and industry best practice approach to the support, maintenance, and optimization of the Conmpsny's Data Network.

    Principal Duties and Responsibilities:

    1. Assist in maintaining Corporate LAN/WAN infrastructures
    2. Assures the health and stability of the data network through effective project management, technical reviews and change control
    3. Configure, install, maintain, troubleshoot, and support LAN/WAN equipment to include, but not limited to, routers, switches, hubs, CSU/DSUs, firewalls, modems, controllers, multiplexors, data probes, out of band management devices, cabling).
    4. Contribute to establishing and documenting hardware installations of routers, switches, hubs, firewalls, etc.
    5. Document LAN/WAN environment and ensure updates are made to appropriate network management systems.
    6. Assists in monitoring and adjusting LAN/WAN performance, as necessary, to insure LAN/WAN integrity and performance.
    7. Assist in troubleshooting Corporate TCP/IP/MPLS network, including carrier vendor circuits.
    8. Assist in maintaining an accurate inventory of all LAN/WAN hardware and software.
    9. Coordinate network hardware/software implementation with Business Units and clients to ensure limited impact to production network through appropriate change control procedures.
    10. Coordinate maintenance activities with vendors (data network equipment & carrier).
    11. Provide remote support on connections between Company and customers (including facilities, CSU/DSU, router, switches and Hubs).
    12. Provide hardware support duties of a Technician as required.

    Education & Professional Certifications:

    . Bachelor's Degree in related technical discipline And Minimum four years relevant network experience
    2. Master's Degree in related technical discipline And Minimum two years network relevant experience
    3. Minimum eight years network relevant experience without college degree.

    Candidate Profile:

    1. Strong understanding of routing protocols (RIP, OSPF, IGRP, EIGRP, BGP)
    2. Strong understanding of networking protocols (TCP/IP/MPLS)
    3. Strong understanding of Firewalls and packet capture tools.
    4. Strong verbal and written communication skills
    5. Excellent planning, organization, presentation and time management skills.
    6. Demonstrated ability to work with and lead a team.
    7. Ability to organize and prioritize client needs in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented and rapidly changing business environment.
    8. Decision-making skills for problem identification and solution recommendation and implementation.
    9. Must possess strong analytical and organizational skills.
    10. Detail and customer service oriented
    11. Strong technical aptitude

    Environment, Physical & Other Requirements:

    - Be on rotational on-call weekdays, weekends, and holidays.
    - Work night shifts, as needed.
