    Mission:

    The purpose of the position is a Project Managers within the organisation to delivery product and or customer projects on-time, within budget, effectively with timely reporting to stakeholders.

    Responsibilities

    Planning & Organisation
    Define project organization and requirements
    Build and maintain project plans and milestone in collaboration with Architecture & Engineering teams
    Organize and review detailed planning in collaboration with project core team and with head-of
    Establish and development partnerships with ecosystem players, suppliers and system integrators to ensure successful program / project delivery
    Working with Sales, Architects & Engineering to coordinate and create project scoping results in a timely matter
    Project Execution
    Ensure agreed program / project plan is delivered on-time, on budget or subject to only controlled and agreed deviations
    Coordinate development between architecture, engineering, test and or product integration entities and other dependant projects
    Organize & check project deliveries
    Ensure designed solution meet requirements
    Lead test and PI, define priorities & organize problem solving with the respective Team Leads
    Ensure expected documentation is produced (according to documentation plan)
    Provide Support deployment to Central Service and Regional Support teams.
    Project Monitoring
    Organize and lead program or project review meetings with project stakeholders & teams
    Manage, monitor and report budget costs per project
    Management of program / project risks, evaluate all risks related to the project and defined mitigation plans
    Management of delay: evaluate impact, propose alternatives (with Head-of and or VP)
    Problem analysis and corrective actions proposal to avoid repetition of such situation
    Communication
    Produce project reports to Sponsor, Steering Committee, Management team through specified communication (Meetings, Dashboards)
    Early warning notification & escalation, decision process
    Ensure that timely and accurate reporting and communication with internal & external stakeholders



    Methodology, Business Process & Procedures
    Implementation of a project lifecycle & utilize where applicable the NEPAL framework and guidelines across the organization in collaboration with the other Project Managers and Engineering Team Leads
    Participate and lead where applicable in the CMMi program across the PMO organisation
    People Management
    Coach and mentor other project managers on best-practices, technology and market analysis.
    Represent VP or Head of in key internal or external meetings as and when required
    Provide regular day to day management and leadership to contributing staff and regular feedback and status to the responsible VP or Head of

    Requirements / Profile:
    10 years experience managing a project/solution in an international business environment in DTV, IT or media industry
    Proven track record of success program, project delivery and continuous processes improvements
    Has experience and able to work in Waterfall and Agile working practices
    Experience with service operations and has had direct exposure to customers
    Basic finance skills with experience in managing a P&L
    Good communication skills to build up strong relationship and manage multi cultural teams internationally
    Negotiation skills, decision maker
    Solid experience in DTV, telecommunication and networking systems an advantage
    Experience in people management and strong interest in developing these skills
    A self-driven, autonomous and highly motivated team player able to follow through and execute
    Excellent analytical skills
    Highly innovative, skillful in recognizing business opportunities and problem solving
    Strong collaboration & communication skills with the ability to inspire & influence stakeholders
    Fluent English essential, other languages an asset
    Expected to travel as and when required to support the business

    Qualifications:

    Master of Science (M.S), Bachelor of Engineering (B.A) or Business & Technology Education Council (BTEC) in Computer Science or Business & Finance.

UG: B.Tech/B.E. - Any Specialization, Computers, Any Graduate - Any Specialization

PG:MS/M.Sc(Science) - Any Specialization, Computers
