    Job Overview: 
    The Senior Sales Coordinator will look after the sales, escalations of sales team, follow-up with sales team on daily basis & inquiries/escalations of the customers.

    Responsibilities and Duties:

    Sales & Service Follow ups
    DSR/PJP/Days plan follow up with sales team
    Managing Admin of the Branch
    Branch/Warehouse Maintenance
    Stocks Management/Physical
    Updating the order execution progress to the Sales team/Dealers/Customers.
    Updating the pending orders on daily basis.
    Coordinating with Channel Partners for Vendor Registration, order booking, delivery, C Forms, F Forms, payments.
    Guide the dealers to achieve segment wise achievement of targets.
    Accountable for the settlement of dealer claims (Incentive / Commissions).
    Preparing/collating Daily visit reports in Excel Sheet of Sales Team.
    Total control of sales lead, Progress & Result compilation.
    Communicate both informally and formally in scheduled meetings with management, Subordinates and Peers.
    Accountable for Channel Sales by Coordinating with Partners, Accounts Department, Logistic and Channel team.
    Preparing Daily, Monthly, Quarterly Sales Reports for the Organization to understand and calculate the market value.
    Communicate with the Sales department regarding payment of outstanding bills, responsible for handling sales related issues.
    Payment follow - up, collection and allocation of payments.
    Backing up Service coordinator in his/her absence and executing their tasks.
    Coordination (verbal/written) with parties and supporting management in day to day activities.
    Consolidating all India DSR, Sales report, and other MIS on daily/weekly/monthly/quarterly & yearly basis.
    Ensuring that the sales of the product are not being hampered because of late or lack of service issues.
    Provide outstanding customer/dealer sales service to improve customer satisfaction and relationship.
    Maintain data base of all dealers and ASPs along updated address, phone numbers, email ids (if available) and TIN numbers.
    Ecommerce Stock Management
    Lead Motivate, Manage, and Support and create dealers to enhance sales.
    Preparing Branch attendance & sharing with HR Department at Head Office

Salary: INR 2,50,000 - 3,50,000 P.A.
