    Position: - Sr. Sale Manager ( Only Female Candidates )

    Department: - Sales

    Qualification: - MBA in Sales & Marketing from a reputed Institute

    Experience: - 10 to 15 years of experience in Sales. (Experience in luxury villa sales will be an added advantage)

    Key Responsibilities:-

    1) Experience in selling High End Luxury Villas in Mulshi and Suburbs with reputed Real Estate Company.
    2) Experience in Individual B2B sales and HNI Clients Handling.
    3) Conducting market review / studies and analyzing competitors activities thereby devising strategies to counter them.
    4) Interacting with existing and prospective clients (Investors, retailers and individuals of high net worth) so as to keep them upbeat with the latest developments and offerings and also making them a part of our future projects.
    5) Planned wow moments executed to perfection at important stages in the customer lifecycle like welcome, agreement and handover of possession.
    6) Corporate Relationship Management role entails, relationships with key decision makers.
    7) Business development -arrange meetings, prepare pitches/decks, present it to corporates, and manage follow-ups to sell our products. Be active in scouting leads and converting them into meetings.
    8) Ensure high level of customer service orientation and satisfaction.
    9) Plan and conduct special sales initiatives and events for prospective & existing clients.
    10) Build and maintain relationships with the entire customer base assigned; by ensure constant engagement with customers during the life cycle and moments of planned spontaneity.
    11) The individual must possess consultative/concept selling capabilities - and be able to deliver in an environment that requires educating the customer about a new concept, thought, idea or style.
    12) Awareness about luxury brands and a good understanding of the economic environment
    Possess a positive attitude and excellent interpersonal skills.
    13) Be immaculately groomed and exceptionally well presented.
    14) Display a confident, professional and welcoming personality. Demand an excellent command over the English language. Possess an eye for detail.
    15) An awareness of fashion and the design industry trends would be an advantage.
    16) To have monthly meeting at Head Office level Deciding strategies to enhance the sales, new product to be introduced,
    Price revisions & Schemes on the existing product range
    17) Co-ordination with various functions / departments at various stages of the assigned project (like customer service development, projects, legal, accounts, etc).
    18) Coordination with the legal department for documentation (term sheets & agreement to lease / brand).
