Job Description

Hi All,

We have urgent opportunity for Service Desk position for Birlasoft at Mahape location.

Exp : 2 - 5 Yrs

Notice Period : Immediate - 15 Days


  • Resolve / Troubleshoot Users technical issues.
  • Using Ticketing tool.
  • Issue resolving
  • Technical - Hardware, Network and OS
  • ITIL Knowledge- Incident request, change request.
  • Technical support experience
  • Desktop support and Laptop experience.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Roles & Responsibilities
  • Attend and resolve problems reported by end users.
  • Ensure that calls/Emails/tickets received are responded in specified time frame and resolved /escalated.
  • Ensure that calls / emails/tickets as responded to and resolved per SLAs defined.
  • Notify the CUSTOMER Focal Point of systems or equipment failures, or of an emergency, according to the Procedures Manual;
  • Provide system status recording for in scope systems with status information such as known major incidents and estimated recovery times;
  • Check for outstanding cases
