Exp : 2 - 5 Yrs
Notice Period : Immediate - 15 Days
- Resolve / Troubleshoot Users technical issues.
- Using Ticketing tool.
- Issue resolving
- Technical - Hardware, Network and OS
- ITIL Knowledge- Incident request, change request.
- Technical support experience
- Desktop support and Laptop experience.
- Good communication skills.
- Roles & Responsibilities
- Attend and resolve problems reported by end users.
- Ensure that calls/Emails/tickets received are responded in specified time frame and resolved /escalated.
- Ensure that calls / emails/tickets as responded to and resolved per SLAs defined.
- Notify the CUSTOMER Focal Point of systems or equipment failures, or of an emergency, according to the Procedures Manual;
- Provide system status recording for in scope systems with status information such as known major incidents and estimated recovery times;
- Check for outstanding cases
