Key Responsibilities : Responsible for the activities involved in the rollout or implementation of new restaurant technology or POS system at in scope restaurants Responsible to support, direct, coordinate and conduct the activities such as design, deploy, test, review, document, remote install, train and follow up of an implementation of new restaurant technology or POS system deploymentSupport during implementation, and if required work afterhours as during a rollout or implementation

Technical Experience : Must Have Skills/Qualifications:Over 5 years of experience in advanced desktop and POS device support Proven ability to work independently and as a teamGood organizational, multi-tasking and time-management skillsExcellent verbal communications skillsGood written communications skillsExpertise in POS software, applications and desktop operating systemsExpertise in network problem solving, hardware diagnosis of desktops and POS touchscreen terminals, tablets, printers and all other

Professional Attributes : Coordinate with Client architecture and engineering teams in new technology deployment or upgrades Review and verify site surveys for proper network requirementsProvide system configuration for deployed hardware once in place within the restaurantProvide system consultation for restaurant man
