You will be working as a part of Service management, Workforce Management team which maximizes performance levels and competency for an organization. The process includes all the activities needed to maintain a productive workforce, such as field service management, human resource management, performance and training management, data collection, recruiting, budgeting, forecasting, scheduling and analytics.
You will be responsible for Data Analysis, Reporting, WFM where in you will be involved in the process of extracting useful information by analyzing different types of data sets. Data Analysis is used to discover hidden patterns, market trends and consumer preferences. It consists of Design, develop and deploy data analysis programs.

In this role you are required to solve routine problems, largely through pre cedent and referral to general guidelines. Expected interaction is within own team and direct supervisor.
