  • Key Responsibilities : 1Lead and coordinate debrief meetings, set expectations, propose and follow up actions2Own and release Problem Reports3Ensure that timely RCA Reports/ RCA Updates /Problem Investigation updates are documented and published to the business and client teams4Pro-actively identifying potential problems /issues on the infrastructure by carrying out Incident trend analysis and regular team meetings with Technologists and work towards identifying for a root cause and fix5Understand the reporte
