Role: Service Mgmt. Lead Skill: Service Mgmt. Must have skills: Expertise in Design, develop and Implement various service management processes such as Incident Management, Change, release, configuration management etc.. Knowledge in defining Service level measurements and reports Conduct trainings on service management processes Assess the maturity of SM processes defined in the client organizations Define operating models and service delivery models for the delivery organizations Act as a single point of contact for service management stream in service transitions Project management knowledge Experience in infrastructure project transitions Good to have skills: Executive presence Strong project management capability with deadline focus Knowledge /experinece in technology/ network/tools setup Knowledge of business environment, requirements and corporate culture
