    Primary Responsibilities:

    • Ensure the daily /routine readings of all systems and cross -check/ratify the same. Ensure the reply to customer queries on top priorities on mail with discussion of Leads.
    • Action on customer queries under guidance of leads.
    • Round to facility and check healthiness of Electrical, cooling and fire systems.
    • Ensure all vendor/customer complaints attended within TAT and if any challenge then need to highlight to lead/superiors immediately.
    • Assist the Shift leads during routine Changeover process of transformer/Chillers and other major plan activities.
    • Ensure and check the 24 hours BTU meter, electrical consumptions and related PUE.
    • If any alarms or gaps in observations then highlight the same or escalate to Vendor on mail/call and parallel to superior immediately.
    • Help seniors to prepare and follow the annual PPM calendar
    • Ensure the planning of PM execution 2 month before with vendor including raising of CR, approval of CR, attendance of weekly call and closing of CR
    • Help Shift lead to prepare the MOP of PM and other activities.
    • Ensure the closer of PM with open issue and gaps in systems.
    • Ensure the closing of PM observations in follow-up with vendors.
    • Ensure the knowledge sharing to technicians.
    • Maintain and check the customer KWH record with help of BMS team.
    • Maintain Breakdown list with open and narrow escape status.
    • Maintain regular documentation of all reports/MOMs, legal statutory certificates, doc etc
    • Ensure there is no gaps and abnormality in routine logs of all systems.
    • Ensure the status/healthiness of all UPS, Panels, breakers during the round-up
    • Closer of gap/breakdown highlighted to vendor
    • Ensure the call follow-ups till the vendor reaches to site.
    • Assist to Shift Lead during the breakdown/call follow-ups until the RCA collection.
    • Ensure the RCA to be collected within the time line Or escalate to next level at vendor and NMIT side.
    • Ensure each call should entered inside the "vendor performance report"
    • Ensure all reports to be filled accurately. i.e. Daily/weekly, monthly trackers, BCP, MIS, incident, complaints etc..
    • Maintain the Shift Handover register and same need to update accurately. Give the proper details handover to our next Companions
    • Supervise the major PM or task assign by Shift lead .
    • Dont allow any unauthorized entry without proper work permit and seniors approvals. Ensure the safety work permit is there.
    • Ensure the safety measures are taken by vendor and also need to ensure self safety i.e. Safety shoes, goggles, belts for work on height, hand gloves etc.
    • Ensure the audit of self-PPEs and highlight if any gap immediately to superiors.
    • Maintain require toolsets as per requirement. Audit each tools and meters (monthly) regularly and replenishment i.e. against damage tools etc. Maintain the record.
    • Undergone through routine trainings, understand the SLD of site and operation on panels
    • Ensure and maintain all areas inside the facility neat, clean and safe before work, during work and after the any work.
    • Follow SOPs and do not take any steps without knowledge and without taking guidance from seniors/Shift leads.
    • Ensure the Safety ON/OFF operation of HT/LT, LBS, Chillers, PAHU, PLC, CPM as per plan given by leads Or as per site requirement
    • Maintain spares list and highlight the same if any replenishment is requires.
    • Ensure the required no. of staff of technicians to be maintained in shift any any issue or for any help need to take seniors/leads suggestions.
    • Responsible for uptime of systems.
    • Submission of require data to customer though Shift lead/managers/Key account managers.
    • Ensure Timely, updation of History card placed on each machine/system
    • Ensure the updated escalation matrix to be pasted on Each systems
    • Ensure the SOP/EOP is pasted on each systems
    • Labeling/ tagging to each rack/panels/systems/Equipment's etc...
    • Follow LOTO (lockout/tag out)
    • Ensure the Approved vendors/HK staff should be escorted by Technician with prior/proper approval in DC premises if any
    • Ensure the daily /routine readings of all systems and cross -check/ratify the same..
