    Job Description:

    Responsible for partnering with Talent Acquisition Recruiters in ANZ market to understand the need and provide candidates.
    Source for niche skills in Non IT/Engineering domains.
    Identify qualified candidate profiles using various sourcing techniques (e.g.Linkedin, Indeed, Boolean search, X-Ray, Job Boards, Social Media, etc.). Develop talent pipelines for future hiring needs.

    Requirements:
    • Proven work experience as a Talent acquisition/Sourcer .
    • 2-4 years experience working for UK, US, APAC or ANZ (Australia/New Zealand) market (Mandatory)
    • Hands-on experience with sourcing techniques (e.g. recruiting on social platforms and crafting Boolean search strings)
    • Familiarity with HR databases, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATSs) and Candidate Management Systems (CMSs)
    • EXCELLENT verbal and written communication skills
    • Ability to positively present our company and open roles to potential candidates
    • Effective time-management abilities

Salary: INR 5,00,000 - 7,00,000 P.A.
