    Key Accountabilities

    1. Accept and handle various functions of Trade Finance transactions like:
    • Import & related transactions
    • Export & related transactions
    • Inland discounting
    • Pre-shipment & Post shipment Finance
    • WCDL
    • Bank Guarantees
    • Merchanting Trade
    • Dealing in LCs
    • Buyers credit 
    • Dealer finance / SID / PID/ SBD.
    2. CCU Operations, FX remittances of the branch as per defined job responsibilities.

    3. Handling Regulatory reportings like :
    • EBW
    • BEF
    • XOS
    • Advance Reporting
    • Merchanting Trade Transactions.
    • GR Waivers.
    4. Adherence to agreed TATs with business and Bank laid down process notes thereby ensuring customer satisfaction.
    5. Compliance with all regulatory and internal guidelines and policies relevant to T&O.
    6. Ensure to obtain minimum satisfactory rating at all times in Branch Audit.
    7. Hold and handle keys as per approved key holding list from time to time and be a functional back-up for Manager Operations for the branch.
    8. BCP member for Treasury Operations, Back up Officer for Branch CCU operations, participation in any new product launch initiatives, UAT, branch reporting, MIS
    9. Joint custodian for ATM, HSM related functions as defined from time to time.
    10. Maintain files and registers as per branch filing process and participate in quality initiatives taken at branch level.
    11. Process and Product improvement and initiatives to be taken through ideation and ensuring zero errors.
    12. Execute and control various functions of authoriser role for Customer Service and Payments which include cash operations, clearing operations and IBG/CBG Operations of the branch as per defined Job responsibilities on need basis/adhoc basis.
    13.Manage & control all operational related functions of the branch with zero errors.
    14. Ensure adequate coordination with centralized operations teams to maintain high quality service and internal and external customer satisfaction.
    15. Ensure timely receipt and submission of regulatory and other reports by the Branch.
    16. Participate in process improvement exercises within T&O.
    17. Identify areas where productivity enhancement and cost reduction initiatives can be introduced.
    18. Initiate team meetings internally within Ops as well as with business teams and circulate minutes to all stake holders at regular intervals.

    Job Duties & responsibilities
    1. Execution of all operational related functions of the branch and role and responsibility as laid down in the key accountabilities with zero error.
    2. Ensure adequate coordination with centralized teams in Mumbai and all Relationship Managers locally to maintain high quality service and internal and external customer satisfaction.
    3. Ensure timely receipt and submission of regulatory and other reports by the Branch.
    4. Any other job, duty and responsibility assigned by Ops Head from time to time or on adhoc basis.
