We are looking to hire a Data Center Specialist / Engineer Service Transition to be based in our Gurgaon, Udyog Vihar Phase IV Office. You will be reporting to Manager Service Transition. You will provide support to internal and external customers in accordance with the terms of the customer contract and Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
Experienced at troubleshooting on Cisco Nexus 7K & 9k, CISCO ACI
You will be contacted for escalations and support on and on-call standby basis or to perform assigned tasks on 24 x 7 basis for Data Center / VPN / MPLS related issues / processes
You will be proactively involved in detecting problems related to Service Transition Process and Procedures.
You will be required to carry out Change post-mortem review when a Failed Change may have caused any Incident to the customer supporting to the highest standards and coordinating the resolution with the appropriate resolver groups.
You will act as the customer Single Point of Contact (SPOC) when required and co-ordinate the scheduling of intervention with customers and internal resolver groups
You will be carrying out regular reviews of the progress of the customer requests and agreed timeframes.
You will be involved in a professional application support service for the Service Transition supported applications and devices and communication between them including all the configuration software.
You will perform Change Implementation and Deployment of Configurations of the supported Product and Systems
EXPERIENCE, KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS
Bachelors / masters Degree in Engineering
Looking for a mature, resourceful individual with 6-10 years of related work experience
Configuration Management / Troubleshooting within Routers / Switches
Excellent knowledge on Cisco Nexus 7K / 9K AND Cisco ACI
Any experience on working on Cloud would be good to have
