    Business Function 

    Group Strategic Marketing & Communications is responsible for building, protecting, and enhancing the DBS brand in an increasingly commoditised banking industry. Working closely with all units within the DBS Group, we create and execute integrated strategies that focus on communications, marketing and research to differentiate and elevate our brand from the rest of the competition.

    Job Duties & responsibilities

    1. Create and implement internal communications strategy
    Analyze current internal communications program, conduct communications audit and develop new overarching internal communications plan to ensure engagement and continued culture growth
    Develop and implement an on-going agenda and bring in a structured approach to the function
    Track and review the effectiveness of internal communications messages and channels on an ongoing basis and amend the strategy as appropriate

    2. Manage content and medium for internal communications
    Own, manage and monitor all the mediums of internal communications matter/channels in order to maximize penetration of messages and their effectiveness
    Responsible for drafting, creating and managing communications content and collaterals, including writing/editing the internal newsletters, blogs, CEO messages, content for social media for leadership, strategic organization announcements, townhalls, internet/intranet portals, digital signage etc.
    Ensure customisation/roll-out of regional content and local initiatives in the development and delivery of the internal communications plan
    Work with agencies to ensure the quality of collaterals is in line with the group standards
    Drive employee advocacy program by amplifying the organization's business priorities, culture and values effectively. Identify employee advocates and transform traditional communications efforts to align with shifting communications methods and standards

    3. Project management for all internal communications initiatives in organizational events
    Anchor internal communications in the organization and be the first point of contact for all internal communication enquiries
    Collaborate with People Function and Business Unit teams to support broad-based employee-engagement programs
