Summary Description:

The senior analyst is responsible for managing the reporting for business improvement function for GBS. The position provides support to the ContinuousImprovement lead and support all activities required as part of the Performance management

  • Lead/support the Continuous Improvement team in the shaping of project opportunities and in project management activities for change program within GBS and across the company
  • Respond to requests for improvement from GBS and business customers
  • Work closely with GBS function to pro-actively identify & define opportunities for continuous improvement throughout GBS and across the company; build diagnostic and develop business case
  • Establish project priorities that yield maximum benefit
  • Assist in the reporting of performance metrics for all GBS functions
  • Support CI lead with establishing project priorities that yield maximum benefit
  • Support the development of new CI tools and methodologies

Contribute to governanceforums as appropriate

Work Experience: Aminimum of 4+ years of experience.

Education/Training: A Bachelor's degree in Business related field

License/Registration/ CERTIFICATION: Microsoft Work/ PPT /Excel knowledge required. Knowledge of any other reporting tools (Oracle / OBIE) ispreferred

  • Must be a self-directed individual and a team player
  • Must be able to utilize computer equipment and software,specifically spreadsheet applications
  • The ability to cooperate in a team environment is critical
