    Key responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

    Develops and administers training programs for employees
    Assesses training and development needs for organization
    Helps individuals and groups to develop skills and knowledge
    Creates training manuals
    Presents in-person training sessions
    Meets ISO 9001 and 27001 training standards
    Review training effectiveness
    Staff motivation and development
    Plan and execute vitality training's
    Change management and plan to mitigate impact
    Identify gaps in process gaps and re-engineer processes
    Works with managers to address learning issues, instruction problems, or new educational needs regarding specific employees or departments
    Manages costs for all programs, productions and publications
    Industry Specialist and should keep current on the activities and needs of the industry
    Maintains understanding of new educational and training techniques and methods
    Conflict Management
    Coaching and feedback
    Random process hygiene checks

    Candidate Care:
    Forecasting and ensuring FTE to support incoming calls
    Team management
    Redefine process to ensure minimum turnaround times for our candidates
    Process streamlining to ensure that team handles highly escalated issues on priority and effectively
    Develop ways to ensure that the team captures and reports the slightest moods and trends of our customers
    Work with other departments to deep dive and find a quick resolution to mitigate the impact of any dissatisfaction
    Random process hygiene checks on team to ensure all procedures area adhered to

    ISO 9001 and 27001:
    Ensure that other departments are following protocol and maintaining reference and mandatory documents listed in the ISO documents
    Control self-assessment (CSA) audit for IT support, Client delivery, HR and Training
    Ensure that all non-conformists are addressed and a corrective action plan is taken to rectify the non-conformity and ensure that it is not repeated
    Ensure that the Information Asset Inventory excel is up to date
    Risk Assessment and Treatment
    Client Services:
    Have an active role in hiring new CS Coordinators, CSAs and Sr. Client Service Associates
    Supervise the initial training of the new Client Services Coordinators and Client Services Associates conducted by Sr. Client Services Associate
    Conduct quality checks and knowledge checks for CS Coordinators, CSAs and Sr. Client Service Associates to strengthen relation and collect intelligence Act as the initial escalation point for CS Coordinator, CSA and Sr. CSAs for internal or external issues
    Come up with process improvement ideas and work with the Associate Client Services Director or Client Services Directors for implementation (based on client feedback, industry standards, etc.)
    Assist the Associate Director or Director with overview of each client
    Assist the Associate Director or Director with strategic planning or high level projects
    Conduct quality checks with each client on a quarterly basis and escalate any issues to the Associate Client Services Director Or Director
    Travel (if needed) to build and enhance relationships with the clients
    Ultimately train to become an Associate Client Services Director (if qualified) Build and maintain relationships with appropriate client stakeholders including MSP/VMS team, Talent Acquisition and Client Hiring Managers
    Work closely with the internal service delivery (recruitment) team to achieve expected quality and service levels
    Support the contractor placement process by clarifying job requirements with clients, screening and reviewing submittal quality, coordinating interviews, gaining insight into interview process, and providing feedback
    Negotiate all offers with candidates and clients to maintain minimum margin levels Provide on-going contractor maintenance through consistent contact with field staff and escalated issues. Coordinate with HR, Accounting Clients and Management for issue resolution.
    Maintain data for reports, metrics and databases. Monitor monthly target vs. actual for sales and profit.
    Keenly observe experienced internal employees to acquire knowledge of methods, processes, procedures, and standards required for performance of job responsibilities
    Build custom prep documents for each client

    Skills and Qualifications:
    10+ years of work experience in a leadership role
    Advance proficiency in MS excel and PowerPoint
    Analytical thought process
    Coaching, feedback and conflict management skills
    Interpersonal skills
    Basic understanding of BPI tools
    Excellent communication skills (Oral and Written)
