Demonstrate and develop deep EBIA Finance domain expertise, competitive landscape awareness, and provide guidance on emerging trends and industry best practices

Work with users & product development leaders in engineering teams to ensure customer needs and requirements are represented.

Maintain feature backlog, prioritize features, define clear acceptance criteria & work with engineering teams to develop features for the customer

Work with other product managers, architects, developers and testers to endure that the product is being designed, engineered and launched with the highest bar of engineering excellence
Must be able to drive clarity through ambiguous and complex dependencies, architectural challenges, recommend alternatives to ensure aggressive timelines are met
Balance business needs with technical constraints without compromising customer value
Identify big rocks, dependencies, pre and post launch challenges early, manage & mitigate risks, provide timely escalation management and reporting, encourage responsible risk taking to maximize business benefit
Be able to drive consensus across highly skilled staff to ensure design, quality and delivery is not compromised

Undergraduate/post graduate degree in Engineering or MBA in Finance and Operations or experience in Industry standard SCM suite of products with 7+ years of relevant experience.
Self-directed and ability to drive projects to successful outcomes within fast-paced digital transformation environment
Strong and demonstrable external client facing skills specifically in the areas of communication, issue and escalation management.
Understanding of Pivotal product development methodology.
Good Communications Skills and Certified Scrum Product OwnerÂ® (CSPOÂ®).
Self-directed with a record of driving product capabilities to successful outcomes within a fast-paced environment
Excellent communication skills and exemplary writing skills and an innate ability to make very complex concepts and offerings simple and intuitive.
Functional knowledge in Finance Planning, Legal Compliance, Tax, e-commerce, and commercial customer needs.
Comfortable with complexity and ambiguity, with a passion for the challenges around organizing it.
Proven Product Management skills, Pivotal/Agile process, Scrum methodologies, Project Management Metrics and Tracking etc
