    Summary of the Role:Act as Management representative to the Sales, Service and Spares Parts, Warranty Functions at Force Motors Ltd. Monitor the performance trends of Departmental KPIs and reporting back to the Top management.

    Details of the Job :
    1. Prepare Monthly MIS for Sales, Service, Spare Parts & Warranty functions of Business
    2. Report to Management on trends of various Departmental/Functional KPIs
    3. Co-ordinate various assignments directed from Management in the above functions.
    4. Drive various CFT initiatives as & when directed
    5. Co-ordinate for various Sales Planning & Business Planning activities
    6. Framing the Budgets & Incentives for the sales & service promotion and support
    7. Develop various analysis reports through the Industry Sales Data
    8. Co-ordinate to conduct monthly KPI review meetings, prepare & circulate the Minutes of Meeting
    9. Keeping a follow-up of tasks assigned during various review meetings with Top Management
    10. Prepare Industry Analysis data & MIS for ready reference of Top Management.
    11. Maintain the updates on Dealer/Channel Partner Network, FML Field Manpower
    12. Understanding the Dealer Management System to generate various MIS reports from the data

    Technical Requirements :
    Key Skills for the Role: Understanding & Hands-on experience of Business Analysis, Automobile Industry, Commercial Vehicle / Tractor Industry,Sales Process (preferably vehicle sales), Competition Pricing/ Price Positioning, Dealer/Channel Sales Network, Vehicle Service, Spare Parts Consumption & Sales, Warranty of Parts, Commercial Policies & Incentive Schemes, Basics of Macro-economic Indicators for business growth prediction

    Desired Skills for the Role: Microsoft Office with proficiency in MS Excel& PowerPoint, SAP, Basics of Costing/Pricing, Discounting, Financial terminologies of remittances i.e. BG, Credit, Cash Discount etc., Basics of Manufacturing & Production, Production Planning, Orientation to Managements Vision & requirements

    Behavioural Requirements:
    Key Skills for the Role: Persuasion, Patience, Open-minded, Engaging across CFT, Confidentiality

    Desired Skills for the Role: Soft Spoken, Good in written & spoken English, Apt responsiveness

    Education Requirements :
    Mandatory for the Role: B.E (Mechanical /Automobile / MBA (Preferred)

    Desired for the Role: Background/Work Experience in Automobile OEM or Auto Ancillary companies with exposure to Sales/Sales Planning/ Service Planning/ Project Management/ Executive Assistant to Business Head or Sales Head

Salary: INR 8,50,000 - 10,00,000 P.A.
