    • Manage the sales of Polyethylene (PE) & Polypropylene (PP) in specific segments in the Region.
    • Identification, monitoring and management of key accounts in the region.
    • Plan and strategize positioning and sales for maximizing EBIDTA for HPL.
    • Analyze market trends, competition behaviour and translate the same into increase in sales volume within the region.
    • Ensure that Sales forecast in specific segments is coordinated with Product Management Group to adjust monthly and quarterly sales plan, rolling out sales plan to Agents and ensure that actual sales is as per monthly sales plan.
    • Support MIS and market intelligence to Product Groups for tactical strategies formulation to increase/ protect market share of HPL grades.
    • Manage and lead CSA/DCAs to sustain and grow business for the region.
    • Support new business development.
    • Support Product Group-Sales relationship/interfaces for the region.
    • Support the business planning process. Work with individual Agent and Sales person to finalize the customer level business plan.
    • Tracking competitors activities.
    • Support shared marketing strategy-intra-region and inter-region markets.
    • Manage the network of agents and systems for the region.
