- Handling the responsibility of Group Business Credit Life sales through sales team of Business Partner
- Driving Sales through relationship management, providing on-field support to the business partners
- Managing internal customers - Operations, Underwriting, Training, Marketing, etc. to facilitate and ensure high quality product & service delivery to business partners & end customers
- Ensuring regional sales target and KPI targets are achieved.
- Designing and implementing highest standards of customer service and satisfaction.
- Hiring, Training, Coaching & Motivating sales team through employee engagement, coaching & development
