    Key Roles/Responsibilities:

    1.Develops and implements a customer focused, creative recruitment strategy.
    2.Continually assesses the business projects demand plan and organizes the various resources as required. Plans and directs staff in carrying out strategies and goals including providing leadership in innovative techniques and recruiting strategies that ensure high quality hires in a cost effective and timely manner.
    3.Partners closely with Business leaders and Regional HR partners collaborating on workforce management strategies throughout the organization.
    4.Drive recruitment process to ensure timely action, cost effective strategies and a positive experience for all prospective candidates.
    5.Develops and manages relationships with educational institutions, employment agencies, placement firms, and other sources of applicants.
    6.Ensures the development and management of on-campus and off-site recruitment programs including job fairs, trade shows, and media presence.
    7.Manages resume and applicant tracking systems and develops and maintains reports for Function head.
    8.Works with Business HR Managers to drive diversity recruitment strategies at all organizational levels and locations.
    9.Establishes trust and confidence by maintaining a high level of credibility, integrity, and skilled communications with managers and Stakeholders.
    10.Ability to respond to competing priorities across the organization and manage several projects simultaneously.

    Purpose of Job
    - He / She will drive the company's recruitment process. This includes designing and modifying recruitment procedures, recording metrics, supervising the team and monitoring the team performance.

    Compensation - Upto 12 Lakhs p.a

Salary: INR 8,00,000 - 12,00,000 P.A.

    5.Design and facilitation experience with mid-senior level employees
    6.Quick Learner, Micro management capability, efficient executioner and drives result
    7.Hands-on experience in Branding and Engagement activities at Campuses.

UG: Any Graduate - Any Specialization

PG:Any Postgraduate - Any Specialization, MBA/PGDM - Any Specialization, HR/Industrial Relations
