    INTRODUCTION:

    Manthan Services is looking for a Delivery, Solutions and Account Leader with 13+ years of Delivery management experience in Advanced Analytics. The ideal candidate would have had prior experience in managing large/multiple global accounts and should have prior experience in Delivery of Advanced Analytics programs and projects for last 5 years + in US and globally.

    PRE-REQUISITES FOR THE ROLE:

    1. Strong knowledge of Advance Analytics Delivery Management processes, tools, onsite-offshore engagement model.
    2. Should have managed delivery team of 50 people or more in US ,India and other goes with gross margin targets.
    3. Should have strong customer relationship and project management capabilities.
    4. Should possess excellent team management, communication and leadership skills
    5. It is necessary that the successful candidate will strong experience to engage with customers at senior leadership levels.
    6. CPG/media/Online/retail domain experience in AA.
    7. Should be able to drive Solutioning and proposals .
    8. Onsite US experience at least of 3 years with large customer managing Analytics engagements.

    BROAD RESPONSIBILITIES:

    1. Provide leadership and manage the delivery organization for account portfolio. Will need to manage large accounts, which will require the ability to engage with customers at C level.
    2. To lead Delivery and business expansion for all of Manthan Services Advance Analytics marquee targgetted accounts.
    a. This would include managing customers and their expectations.
    b. Manage and grow such customer relationships in value, customer satisfaction, revenue mix
    c. Up sell & Cross sell of services
    3. Leading, growing and mentoring an enthusiastic team of high energy professionals and build future leaders in US, India and Globally.
    4. Delivery Leadership: Enhance delivery, quality, governance processes; manage client concerns & escalations; drive productivity, utilization.
    5. Will drive future growth by managing gross margins, ideal revenue mix.
    6. Will be involved in solution development, RFP support .
    7. Create new services which map to the market place requirements.
    8. As a senior leader of the team, this role will carry responsibility in aiding organization development, innovation & providing solution while also aiding business development effort.
    9. Build additional competencies & skills sets in line with market requirements and future growth potential
