    Requirements:


    Core Expertise
    10+ years of progressive architectural patterns/solutions and a background in software engineering, infrastructure engineering, and operations.
    Required Skills - Java/J2EE, Spring Framework, SOA & Micro services, AWS, BPM as a Service
    Enterprise Architecture on Microservice Implementation, DMN, BPMN and CMMN. Product Knowledge of PEGA, Salesforce & Adobe suite is an advantage
    Proven strategic thinking abilities and an enterprise-wide perspective
    Extensive knowledge and experience in architecting and implementing Microservices based enterprise scale applications
    Deep knowledge in Databases - across relations, NOSQL & Graph DBs
    Deep understanding and experience with working BPM product and customer experience focus
    Good understanding and experience of designing and implementing web applications at enterprise scale Demonstrated experiences at enterprise scale around topics of modernization, data externalization and modern product development concepts
    Proven experience aligning legacy and cloud-native applications together from an architectural perspective Additional Preferred Expertise
    Strong Integration Architecture, Content Management, A/B and Multivariate Testing implementations, Building Intent-Driven Architecture applications. Knowledge of Mobility/Chatbot/RPA is an added advantage Must be comfortable working in fuzzy environments where boundaries are not clearly defined
    Proven strategic thinking abilities and an enterprise-wide perspective
    Proven track record driving technology transformation journey at scale within the IT industry


    Leadership & Organizational Skills:
    Track record of being able to apply concepts across all methodologies from Waterfall to Agile
    Track record of working effectively across multiple functional areas in a matrixed environment
    Outstanding collaboration, strong influencing, problem-solving and negotiation skills
    Prior people leadership and management experiences
    Patents and industry publications - a plus
    Acknowledged thought leadership in the industry
    Excellent Mentoring skills - Be the technical mentor to your team
