Desired Candidate Profile
- Minimum 10 years of Sales experience in FMCG industry.
- Must have excellent geographical knowledge of Southern Region.
- Must have strong personal relation with the distribution network of his area.
- Must have excellent selling & retailing Skills.
- The individual should be a good thinker, strong planner, and have good situational leadership skills to succeed. Most importantly he must have an entrepreneurial do-er mindset, and possess the ability to overcome people and process challenges that development initiatives can present.
- The Sales Manager is the one focal point whose passion, perseverance and leadership is responsible to enhance overall organisational revenue and growth through the successful execution of the sales and distribution initiatives in his Area/Territory.
