    Job Description
    Urgent opening for Sr.Sales Manager in a Company dealing with Scientific and Industrial instruments. It caters to Pharmaceutical & Biotechnology, Automotive & filter, semiconductor & electronics, defence, space & aeronautics, oil & power, other hi-tech manufacturing industries, etc.

    Location: Delhi,Hyderabad/Ahmedabad

    Age: Up to 45

    Work Experience: Should have 8 years plus experience in Channel sales, Technical Sales.

    Responsibilities:
    * Identifies business opportunities by identifying prospects and evaluating their position in the industry; research and analyse sales options by using the company defined sales channel (Direct , Tie up and Institute sales )
    * Generating & managing enquiries / leads, conducting regular follow ups
    * Conduct meetings, discussions, demonstrations, presentations & pre sales training and find most suitable technical solution for customers
    * Provide quotations & commercial negotiation, closing orders, tracking orders, communication with internal departments, arranging dispatch and collecting payments as per the order
    * Be interface with service & support team for smooth and in time installation.
    * Achieve and exceed the targets given in the specified period
    * Ensure the availability of stock for sales and demonstrations
    * Arrange & participate in various trade events & exhibition,
    * Keeping close contact with existing users, taking feedback and ensuring satisfaction by arranging required support
    * Maintain accurate reports of all pricings, sales and activity reports. Increase market share
    * Responsible for recruitment of the team and productivity for the same
    * Monitoring team's performance and motivating them to reach the targets

    Requisite Skills: Energetic, effective, self-starter with strong verbal and written communication skills. Technically strong to quickly learn technology products. Excellent selling, negotiating and order closing skills. Ability to lead a team & perform under pressure

    Prof.Qualification: Graduate in any science or Engineering discipline. PG/MBA in Sales & Marketing is desired.
