    Job Summary

    Job Description

    Lead , create and manage the entire operations of the Consumer Electronics , Home Appliances , surveillance Division (comprising of functions such as sales , marketing , product management , operations , administration and business planning).

    Prepare business plans for the division in line with the corporate vision.

    Participate in corporate strategic planning and implement strategic goals and objectives.

    Responsible for achieving the budget , growth and profitability of the consumer electronics product category Prepare / review / approve budgets of the division and ensure all expenses are within the business plans Oversee sales , delivery , distribution , pricing , product development , marketing , advertising , customer service , etc.

    Conduct monthly management meeting with the key members of the division.

    Resolve important customer / distributor complaints and service problems Coach / guide / train the management team in the division and ensure all members are motivated.

    Ensure every department in the division have an efficient and cost - effective operation.

    Travel frequently and establish / maintain a consistent level of communication with new and existing distributors.
