    RESPONSIBILITIES

    Capgemini is looking for young and dynamic business strategists who will drive and manage change into the organization and take it to the next level of growth. The newly created strategy team is looking for someone who brings strong strategy and operations consulting experience across varied sectors and can work closely with the CxO organization. Someone adept at using a combination of primary research and secondary research to advise the organization to form the right market/ operations strategy to prepare for the future and continue maintaining the current competitiveness. He/ she will be collaborating with the senior members of the Capgemini Organization to provide data driven strategic insights in various initiatives. The ideal candidate must possess broad services industry experience, awareness of evolving industry trends and a curious mindset. The candidate will be both a thinker and a doer and will have demonstrated a high degree of collaborative business practices in his/ her previous executive experience.

    Specifically, he/ she will be responsible for:

    •Analyze, monitor and report business performance and independently manage and drive different work streams

    •Derive insights and provide proactive inputs to the leadership on business situations, helping the team set strategy as a collaborative process for the Financial Services line of business. This will include decisions about entering new technology segments, evaluating new business models and revenue streams, identifying levers for competitive differentiation, designing efficient operating model and processes.

    •Support leadership and different business units and practices to gather inputs for strategy development as well as to align the required support needed for execution/ transformation.

    •Work effectively in a multi-stakeholder environment and responsible for mentoring and managing the productivity of the junior team mates.

    QUALIFICATIONS/ EXPERIENCE

    The candidate should have the following qualifications:

    •2-5 years of experience working in a Consulting/ Advisory role with strong understanding of growth strategy, operational, strategy and cost transformation

    •Advanced problem solving skills to meet internal client needs using a blend of intuition and analysis, have a balance between strategic and operational focus

    •Goal oriented with the ability to prioritize and balance multiple tasks and interact with inter-group stakeholders to accomplish the objectives

    EDUCATION

    •Full time post graduate degree from Tier I institutes only, with a Bachelor s degree in Engineering.

    PERSONAL CHARACTERISTICS

    The ideal candidate will have the following characteristics/ traits:

    •Strong interpersonal/ communication and presentation skills with the clients, senior level executives, and the business community at large

    •Excellent analytical skills with prior experience in building solutions based on scenario analysis

    •Ability to manage complexity and pressure, rolling up the sleeves to analyze the details

    •Superb team building skills with a predisposition to building consensus and achieving goals through collaboration

    •A positive, results oriented style, evidenced by listening, motivating, delegating, influencing, and monitoring the work being done

    •Prior experience in working across various Business Units and Departments (Finance, HR and Operations) would be preferred

    •Should have hands on experience with making presentations and spreadsheets
