    Responsibilities:
    Create a WOW user experience for candidates through direct and meaningful engagement throughout the hiring lifecycle.
    An incumbent will be responsible for end to end recruitment cycle - from requisition to industry mapping sourcing to negotiations to the on-boarding process.
    Leverage talent expertise, understanding of talent acquisition plans, business model, operations, competitive position and product suite to identify the top business priorities and make recommendations and influence internal stakeholders regarding talent acquisition.
    Build a talent rich community comprising of targeted candidates
    Search and actively headhunt candidates through job portals, personal and social network (LinkedIn) for relevant job openings.
    Coordinate the entire recruitment process lifecycle in an effective manner.
    Understand the requirements, create job description and align candidates to available positions accordingly
    Develop and maintain shortlists for hiring managers
    Conduct initial screening of candidates and interviews.
    Cultivate relationships with all candidates for future job openings
    Develop and execute the sourcing strategy for passive and active candidates
    Run sourcing campaigns
    Work effectively with social media profiles and online job portals
    Work towards targets and close open positions as per the agreed timelines (TAT).

    Candidates Profile:
    0.6-2 years of relevant work experience as IT Recruitment.
    Someone having strong experience on end to end recruitment cycle - from requisition to industry mapping sourcing to negotiations to the on-boarding process - in corporate and/or consultancy set-up
    Strong understanding of technical, functional (Non-IT) and techno-functional requirements along with Industry knowledge.
    Willingness to work on Saturdays for conducting walk-in drives whenever needs arises.
    Excellent communication skills, time management skills and negotiation skills
    Excellent sourcing skills
    High energy levels to get the right talent
    Has a sense of ownership
    Ability to multi task between multiple sourcing campaigns, interviews and communication with candidates
    Good logical evaluation and judgment /decisions.
    Should be target oriented/Capable of handling work pressure
    Initiative oriented
    Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

    Desired (not mandatory) Skills:
    BFSI Domain or Industry know-how
    Working in a Product Development set-up.
