Position:Talent Acquisition & HR Administrator
Experience: 2-4 Years
Location: Hdyerabad, Madhapur
This role will have responsibility for providing the administrative support to the Talent Acquisition and Human Resources function
To achieve operational efficiency and effectiveness in recruitment and HR process
To provide support to the Global Talent Acquisition and HR teams supporting Pan India
To ensure the smooth running of the Internal Recruitment function by supporting recruitment and onboarding
To ensure all administration procedures and processes are fully documented for the Internal TA and HR teams
To support the HR function in terms of basic data entry, On-boarding coordination
To work to set time frames for daily and weekly deadlines and have attention to detail
To conduct all administration surrounding the recruitment of candidates prior to, during and after engagement/employment
Managing the Onboarding process for new starters and working closely with the Pre-Employment screening team
Collating information for new contracts/change forms, promotions or site changes
Overseeing approval process for new contracts/change forms on DocuSign
Sending out starter details to new joiners
Updating the Internal Tools with New Hire information
Assisting both On-site and GSC New Hires with opening Bank account for salary deposit
Maintain the employee database, candidate relationship database and applicant tracking system and ensure all these systems are up to date
Supporting interview coordination and sending diary bookings and confirmations
Generate and issuing Offer Letters and helping with other letters related to HR
Communicating the additions and changes to the Third-Party Insurance agency
Coordinating with the Insurance agency for employee insurance claims
To conduct all administration surrounding the recruitment and HR activities and events
Keeping stakeholders updated on new joiner status
Ad hoc projects
Sending New Hire and Exit feedback survey links as appropriate
Manage External Resource Extension/Renewals process alongside the consultants responsible for these candidates
Seeking Probation conformations and sharing confirmation letters
Ensure correct data is maintained in Recruitment Systems and paper files through regular auditing and archiving
Assist consultants with the coordination of interviews and meetings to be set up as required
Database management (TalentSource)ensuring correct date is maintained
Uploading/tracking candidates cleansing of the system
Management information for talent acquisition reporting
