    AffinityX is seeking Manager Talent Acquisition to join our HR team. The individual will manage a leadership hiring, internal client relationships to ensure a pipeline of talent exists for client positions.

    Our Employee Recruiting Talent Acquisition team develops, directs, plans, and evaluates the external recruitment and/or internal transfer programs to satisfy the organization's staffing requirements. The Employee Talent Acquisition team has a direct working relationship across all business areas and provides consulting services related to sourcing, researching, marketing, recruiting, screening candidates, interview management and recommendations to meet business area hiring goals. Talent Acquisition interprets internal or external business needs and recommends best practices. The Talent Acquisition Employee Recruiting Team partners with HR Business Partners and business areas to develop and implement hiring goals and strategies.

    • Responsible for sourcing highly qualified talent for assigned hiring team needs using a variety of sourcing channels like job boards, Social media, referrals and Alumni networksImplement strategic direction for Employee Recruiting Talent Acquisition team.
    • Provide leadership and develop talent within the Talent Acquisition Employee Recruiting team. Set framework, environment and opportunities for staff members to develop their knowledge, skills and abilities.
    • Execution of tools and services to support Talent Acquisition effectiveness including measurement, coaching, transition and onboarding support, team effectiveness consulting, and external leadership networking opportunities.
    • Implement Talent Acquisition strategic plan for flawless execution of employee hiring plans including external searches, networking, negotiating and consulting on talent.
    • Engage with business stakeholders and other HR leaders to execute strategy for employee hiring goals. The role requires significant influence and persuasion among hiring managers and HR partners.
    • Execute and measure hiring goals for managers and leaders in support of overall recruiting goals.
    • Build and maintain effective relationships internally and externally.
    • Identify and manage sourcing opportunities within area of responsibility.
    • Understand and adapt to AffinityXs business strategy and goals, organizational competency needs and gaps, and corporate vision. Ability to translate that to service delivery in employee hiring and advising and influencing internal talent assessment and consideration.
    • Ensures that the AffinityX employment brand is defined and in alignment with the business vision for the Business Partners area of responsibility and the unique needs of that area.
    • Implement college campus intern and entry level recruiting strategies and programs for a large business unit.
    • Implement processes, products and services that support strategic and business direction with a long term impact on achieving business goals.
    • Measure results of processes and strategies. Analyze, interpret and provide key and complex communications, both internally and externally.
    • Influence and consult across hiring managers, leaders and HR business partners in making decisions on talent
    • Provide creative solutions, advise, and negotiate with leaders, with business needs in mind
    • Influence across HR COEs and Business functional areas

Desired Candidate Profile

    • Minimum of 5 years of experience in non IT sourcing in creative, Media, BPO, KPO, ITeS segment.
    • Excellent verbal, written, and presentation communication skills.
    • Flexibility, initiative, dedication, and the ability to work with minimal supervision.
    • Ability to identify and produce quality talent within 24-48 hours of intake calls using internal database, job boards, social media etc.
    • Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint with Presentation Skills)
    • Prioritize and execute tasks in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
    • Advanced user knowledge of technology and online sourcing and research tools
    • Name generation and/or organizational mapping experience
    • Aptitude with internet research techniques (e.g., Boolean searches)
    • Strong investigation/data analysis/research/market-mapping related activities
    • Excellence in organizational skills, extremely detail oriented, and task oriented
    • Highly self-motivated with the ability to work independently and autonomously, while exhibiting exceptional team skills.
    • Must be extremely organized, detail-oriented and capable of self-managing and multi-tasking in a fast-paced, demanding environment.
    • Must be a stress-tolerant quick thinker with accuracy in work.
