- Responsible for handling IT requirements from US based clients.
- Responsible for full-cycle recruiting: interview, offer, negotiation and closed candidates for assigned requisitions.
- Sourcing from Job Portals (Monster, Dice, Career builder, Yahoo Hot Jobs), Making job postings on the Job Portal.
- Exposure into handling direct accounts/ clients/MSP/VMS
- Responsible to work on Contract, Permanent & C2H (Contract to Hire) position.
- Responsible for achieving a good conversion ratio of submittals into interview and placement.
- Responsible for Strategy Development process which includes understanding client requirements & mapping the relevant targets.
- Validation of Resumes for experience and verification of work status
- Responsible for providing staffing services to customers in their recruiting and personnel needs.
- Responsible for exercising discretion and good judgment in recruiting candidates for customers.
- Responsible for sourcing candidates via the following methods: cold calling, networking, internal resume database, Internet resume banks, the general Internet, etc.
- Interact with the clients and sales person at onsite (US) per the need
- Negotiation of wage and salary rates with candidates, Perform BGC/Reference Checks
- Good domain knowledge of the specific vertical/domain (need base SAP, Telecom, etc.)
