Job Description

General Purpose

Prepare, facilitate, communicate, monitor, evaluate, update, dashboards, and document training activities for the Digital Modernization Practice globally.

Main Job Tasks, Duties and Responsibilities

  • Requirement gathering
    • Assess training needs with global business leaders for new and existing employees
  • Learning Design
    • Manage training budget
    • Map out training plans for individual employees or teams at a regional or global level, as required
    • Identify internal and external training programs to address competency gaps
    • Partner with global stakeholders to organize, develop or source training programs to meet specific training needs
    • Liaise with global subject matter experts regarding instructional design
  • Learning Delivery/ Facilitation
    • Inform employees about training options
    • Present training programs using recognized training techniques and tools
    • Facilitate learning through a variety of delivery methods including classroom instruction, virtual training, on-the-job coaching
    • Manage the logistics for training activities including venues and equipment to create an effective learning environment
    • Establish and maintain relationships with external training suppliers
    • Coordinate off-site training activities for employees
  • Evaluate effectiveness and other metrics
    • Design and apply assessment tools to measure training effectiveness
    • Track and report on training outcomes
    • Provide feedback to program participants and management
    • Evaluate and make recommendations on learning solutions and methodology
    • Maintain employee training records/ Learning Management support

Education and Experience

  • Masters in Business Administration
  • Minimum 3 years of experience at a coordinator position
  • experience with instruction or training
  • knowledge of adult instructional and learning theory and principles
  • knowledge of instructional design
  • knowledge of training methodologies
  • knowledge of learning management systems
  • knowledge of competency assessment
  • worked in global environment
