    Job Title Manager Digital Banking

    A. Position Purpose
    The digital sales team in-order to leverage on the market opportunity in customer acquisition is expanding & the purpose of this position is to lead a team of Relationship officers who will cross-sell/ upsell banking products on the phone ,the leaders role will be to lead and direct the team to make high sales and enjoy good patronage from clients The job description of the team leader will entail, team management, Monitoring calls, call quality, revenue targets, cross-sel/upsell and other parameters through an centralized telephone channel. As an expert sales personnel, he/she should make effort to build strong and lasting relationship with the team further resulting into customer delight , revenue generation , process adherence & capability built-up
    Position Responsibilities Sr. Key Responsibilities

    Facilitating direct sales by instructing team members on new product launches and encouraging them to meet productivity benchmarks 2 Nurture Talent and build capabilities to exceed business numbers targets
    3
    Display superior team handling skills in-order to enhance teams productivity through multi-skilling 4 Work Inter-dependently to build a cohesive team work aptitude
    5 Evaluate sales records periodically and recommend course correction as and when needed 6 Ability to question the status quo & direct the team to meet programs objectives
    Qualifications and Experience Requirement Qualifications
    Essential
    Post Graduate/ Graduate from an accredited college Experience
    Essential
    Total 5 years relevant experience in banking, financial planning, insurance sales, And 1. Minimum 2 Years of experience in managing a team
    2. Outstanding supervisory experience & a excellent communicator
    3. Demonstration of positive team players spirit and cooperative sales skills within the organisation
    4.Ability to direct & be a mentor on the sales ground by actively working to attain everyday sales objectives
    5. Good managerial skills to lead the team successfully
