Job Description

The candidate will be part of a Global team, spread across atleast two locations globally.
Located in India (Pune), candidate will be responsible to lead a team responsible to Monitor our Global Production Infrastructure 24x7.

Candidate will be responsible to lead a team responsible to Monitor our Global Production Infrastructure 24x7. He/She will also be responsible to perform Level 1 support to manage and maintain the uptime of critical computer systems and network equipment globally.

Graduation from any stream like BCS, BCA, Bcom etc. (Engineering degree is not mandatory)

Good knowledge of computer hardware, operating systems and applications.
Hands-on experience in monitoring and maintaining various computer systems, networks and Application servers.
Working knowledge of various Enterprise Monitoring Tools like Zabbix, SolarWinds, TrueSight etc. will be a plus
Strong knowledge of Windows or Linux operating systems.
Good in troubleshooting, diagnosing and solving basic systems and network related issues.
Excellent command on English language (written & verbal) is mandatory to interact with users worldwide.
Good inter-personal and team management skills. Must be a team player.
Prior experience of managing a 24x7 team is required.
International certifications like CCNA, MCSA etc. will be an added advantage.
