We are hiring for Team Leader.

Job Description

Proven work experience as a IT Service Desk Executive, Desktop Support Engineer, IT Help Desk Technician or similar role
Lead in mailing support system of IT- Service Desk
Preparation of audit report for IT- Service Desk
Creation and maintaining attendance sheet
Mentoring the new joiner in the team
Handling team size
Maintaining positive environment in team
Hands-on experience with Windows
Good understanding of computer systems, mobile devices and other tech products
Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot basic technical issues
Familiarity with remote desktop applications and help desk software (EX: Maximo and Ultra VNC)
Ability to provide step-by-step technical help, both written and verbal
Properly escalate unresolved issues to appropriate internal teams (EX: Application developers , Server Team)
Provide prompt and accurate feedback to customers
Refer to internal database or external resources to provide accurate tech solutions
Ensure all issues are properly logged
Ticket auditing which has been logged by team
Prioritize and manage several open issues at one time
Follow up with clients to ensure their IT systems are fully functional after troubleshooting
Coordination with respective application team , server team and with network team for severity calls
Coordination with Managers for taking approval for users requests. (EX: Domain ID creation, server access, internet access, assets requirements)
Follow up regularly with respective teams for call closures (EX: Escalated Calls)
Call logging with various teams

Education : Graduation mandatory

Experience : 3+ Yrs

Location: Andheri,Powai

24*7 Shift
