    *Also capability to source and close requirements

    Shift : Day Shift.

    Job Description:
    Hands on experience in sourcing through job portals and referrals.
    Experience in IT/Non-IT recruitment.
    Ability to work in tight deadline & close the positions within the SLA's
    Willingness & ability to handle end to end recruitment
    Should be able to handle multiple requirements simultaneously.
    Comfortable with niche hiring & critical search assignments.
    Interaction with the candidates and briefing them about the requirement.
    Maintain all recruitment-related reports and forms
    Should have good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
    Excellent command of verbal and written English.
