1.Provide technical assistance to team whenever required

4.Analyzes incidents to identify service restoration actions to be taken
5.Incident investigation and diagnosis of all priority type.
6.Assists with classification and prioritization of incidents
7.Detection of possible Problems and the creating a problem records
8.Excellent analytical and problem solving skills.
9.Investigates assigned problems through to resolution or error identification
10.Handle ad-hoc requests for Service status or one-time information retrieval/reports
11.Gather service data as needed for reporting and communications
12.Analyzing the process and suggesting improvements
13.Keeping affected business partners informed about progress
