    In this role as Web 2.0 Technical Manager, you will Take Ownership of providing Enterprise Level Intelligent Business Apps for Global Operation teams. New generation of applications use all the data they can, including incoming real-time data, to respond in the moment to changing circumstances and formulate advantageous outcomes. Application intelligence at HPE Global Operations is the process of using machine learning technology to create apps that use historical and real-time data to make predictions and decisions to deliver rich, adaptive, personalized experiences for users.



    Plan, schedule and track work with team.

    Ensure efficiency and effectiveness of the team.
    Ensure that the team follows and adheres to all processes and disciplines.
    Participate in improve function excellence by recommending changes in policies and procedures to drive efficiency and effectiveness of teams.
    Drive a culture of function excellence with the team.
    Participate in analysis and design.
    Follow prevailing practices with respect to processes and tools.
    Delivery is critically expected to meet the specified non-functional attributes like Performance, Scalability, Reliability, Robustness and Security.

    Plan and implement development programs to ensure team members skill sets are upgraded appropriately.
    Establish a collaborative, team oriented leadership style while leading and mentoring teams to a culture of excellence.
    Education and Experience Required:

    Bachelors or Master in Technology preferably in Computer Science
    Must have at least 15 to 20 years of total experience
    At early stage of career should have been involved in hands on coding.
    Should have experience in solution design and solution architecture.
    Must have interfaced with internal and/ or external customers for understanding and analyzing needs.
    Experience in delivering a solution on any of the big data stacks
    Knowledge and Skills:

    Should have extensive knowledge of architecting and designing enterprise apps
    Should have advanced level knowledge in one or more areas Big Data, Middleware Development, and Enterprise Web Frontends.
    Domain Knowledge in one of Logistics, Product Data Management, Procurement, High Tech or Industrial Manufacturing an added advantage.
    Knowledge of SAP ERP systems an added advantage.
    Good knowledge of Software Design, Software Documentation, Software Testing, Software Development Fundamentals, Software Development Process, Software Requirements and Software Architecture.

    Must be passionate about technology.
    Willing to take on ownership of delivering solutions in cutting edge technologies
    Should be able to appreciate the balance between finding solutions and closure of problems.
    Works constantly to update oneself with the required technical knowledge.
    Able to integrate and work well with other individuals and teams.
