We are looking for a Technical Support Engineer
to provide resolution to our customers. You will diagnose and troubleshoot software and applications related issues. Roles & Responsibilities:
Troubleshooting network related problems and diagnosing and solving software issues.
Providing support, including procedural documentation and documenting relevant reports
Handle inbound queries pertaining to the network & application issues. Skills Required:
Good communication with excellent telephone etiquette.
Must be able to communicate fluently in English.
Logical reasoning and analytical skills.
Graduation is Mandatory.
