    Roles & Responsibilities:
    o Greet customers in a courteous, friendly, and professional manner using agreed upon procedures.
    o Clarify customer requirements; probe for and confirm understanding of requirements or problem.
    o Support customers across Telecommunication, Financial Services, Healthcare and Technology vertical.
    o Troubleshoot customer issues related to internet broadband, cable, DTH, modem, router, mobile handset etc.

    Candidate Profile-
    o Any Graduate
    o Ungraduates with 1 Yrs ICC experience
    o Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
    o 24*7 rotational Shifts.
