    Roles & Responsibilities:
    oGreet customers in a courteous, friendly, and professional manner using agreed upon procedures.
    oClarify customer requirements; probe for and confirm understanding of requirements or problem.
    oSupport customers across Telecommunication, Financial Services, Healthcare and Technology vertical.
    oTroubleshoot customer issues related to internet broadband, cable, DTH, modem, router, mobile handset etc.

    Candidate Profile-
    oAny Graduate
    o Ungraduates with 1 Yrs ICC experience
    oExcellent verbal and written communication skills.
    o 24*7 rotational Shifts.
